CareOS may process account details, staff profiles, patient demographics, appointment records, clinical notes, prescriptions, lab and pharmacy records, billing data, documents, compliance evidence, communication logs and usage analytics.
Healthcare organizations control the patient and clinical information entered into CareOS. The organization is responsible for patient notices, consent, lawful collection, accuracy, retention and disclosure decisions.
Information is used to operate HMS workflows, manage users, support appointments and care journeys, generate reports, automate reminders, maintain audit trails, improve reliability, provide support and deliver AI-assisted operational insights.
AI features may analyze authorized records, notes, transactions, follow-ups, compliance tasks and operational activity to produce summaries, drafts, risk indicators and recommendations. AI outputs are assistive and should be reviewed by authorized staff.
