1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing AIVI CareOS, requesting a demo, using a trial workspace, or subscribing to the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself or the healthcare organization you represent.
These terms define how healthcare organizations, staff, demo users and subscribers may use AIVI CareOS. They are written for product clarity and should be reviewed with legal counsel before production publication.

AIVI CareOS provides hospital and clinic management workflows including patient management, OPD, billing, lab, pharmacy, compliance tracking, communication automation, reporting, AI assistance and healthcare business intelligence.
Demo workspaces may contain sample users, sample patients and simulated transactions. Demo data is provided for evaluation only and must not be treated as real clinical, legal, billing or compliance evidence.
Customers are responsible for assigning roles correctly, maintaining account security, training staff, reviewing user permissions and ensuring only authorized personnel access patient or business information.
Customers remain responsible for obtaining patient consent, maintaining lawful medical records, configuring retention policies, and ensuring their use of CareOS complies with applicable healthcare, privacy, tax and operational regulations.
AI-generated notes, insights, risk scores, summaries and operational suggestions are assistive outputs. Doctors, administrators and authorized staff must review and approve decisions before clinical, billing, compliance or patient communication actions are taken.
CareOS may integrate with messaging providers, payment gateways, cloud infrastructure, diagnostics systems, storage, analytics, identity services and government or healthcare networks. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.
Subscription fees, implementation charges, custom development, data migration, training and support terms are defined in the applicable proposal, order form or service agreement signed with AIVI Innovation Pvt Ltd.
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, disrupt service availability, reverse engineer protected systems, or use CareOS to send spam, misleading communications or unlawful medical claims.
The CareOS platform, user interface, workflows, documentation, brand assets, software code, AI workflows and product designs are owned by AIVI Innovation Pvt Ltd or its licensors. Customer data remains the responsibility of the customer.
AIVI aims to provide reliable service and responsive support, but availability may be affected by maintenance, network conditions, third-party services, infrastructure events or factors outside reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIVI Innovation Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Any liability is limited to the fees paid under the applicable agreement.
Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, security risk, misuse, violation of these terms or as specified in the customer agreement. Data export and retention obligations are handled according to the applicable plan and agreement.
